Girls Aloud member Nicola Roberts have signed with Universal music and already recorded the majority of her debut album. Nicola after 25 years old will take on the album , she is not known about musical direction. In The World newspaper source told, “Everyone's so excited about Nicola releasing her own album. She's very quietly been recording in the studio for the last few months. She's working with some great people and coming up with some great stuff. She's being guided by a lot of people who have been involved with Girls Aloud in the past so it's going to be a great record."In the group of Girls Aloud have five members which includes Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Kimberly Walsh and Nadine Coyle - have also include a solo record deals. When the Cheryl has enjoyed two number one albums and two number one singles in the UK, while Nadine’s solo debut album ‘Insatiable’ only reached number 47 in the UK and number 20 in Ireland. Kimberly single ‘Like U Like’ which will be released in January 2011.
She said: “I haven't completely settled on what kind of music I'm going to make yet, but would like it to be something like Lady Gaga."
